Please make sure that addresses are correct as shipping labels are automatically created using the exact address provided at the time of checkout.

If you notice you have provided us with an incorrect address, please contact us at yohyonko@gmail.com as soon as possible so it can be updated before the shipping process.

If packages are sent back to us due to an incorrect address being provided, a reship fee amounting to the original shipping cost will be charged for the use of a new shipping label.

We understand that lost or missing mail can be frustrating for the both of us. Unfortunately, when packages get lost, we cannot be held liable as we did our part in shipping out your order. In the event that the package goes missing, please contact us so we can further assist you.

Full size peekers are UV resistant and weather proof, and are perfect for outdoor uses. With proper application and care, full size peekers have a lifetime of 3+ years.

Mini peekers have limited UV resistance, and are recommended for indoor use.

All peekers are water- and tear-resistant. However, all stickers are prone to scratches and fading when exposed to excessive UV rays over time. Due to the thickness of the stickers, they are also prone to edge lifting when placed on curved surfaces. We advise customers to keep our stickers out of the sun where possible to ensure a prolonged lifetime.

Please clean the desired surface prior to sticker application.

It is recommended that our peekers are applied to flat or mildly curved surfaces. We recommend applying the peeker from bottom to top, whilst pushing out all bubbles to ensure best adhesion.

When applying stickers with transfer tape, first ensure that the sticker is picked up by the transfer tape by running your finger or a card over it on a flat surface, then slowly peel the backing paper from the transfer tape. Lay the transfer tape down on the desired surface, and push out any air bubbles by running your finger or a card over it. Finally, slowly pull the transfer tape away from the surface (best results when pulling close to the surface).
